Children & Youth Ministries:
Families have the option of taking advantage of our quality (professional) Nursery care for our youngest members and visitors.
Our clergy, vestry leadership, and hard-working volunteers keep our children and youth programs thriving. Ms. Amy Avery, pictured above (center), is our director of youth, children, and family ministries.
Our Sunday School meets most Sundays during the academic year. The program begins at 10:00 AM in our Children’s Chapel, and from there breaks out in to age appropriate groups. Class times involve a combination of “Godly Play” and “Kaleidoscope Christian Curriculum”, and concludes in time for the students to join in the Eucharist in church. Special seasonal and outreach projects are planned throughout the year.
Professional care for our smallest constituents is available upstairs in Palache Hall (the building directly across the courtyard from the church) from 9:30-11:30 AM every Sunday.
Our EYC (Episcopal Youth Club) is for 6th through 12th graders. The leadership is parishioners Dan and Elizabeth Lennon. You can contact them collectively at StClementsEYC@gmail.com
The group meets three times per month in the basement level of Palache Hall during the academic year at 10:00 AM. Upcoming meeting dates are maintained in the calendar below:
Our Youth Choir (grades 3 through 12) sings at the 10:00 AM service throughout the school year. Rehearsals begin at 9:00 AM on Sundays. The choir also sings at special events (for Christmas and the Spring celebrations).
